We went to see an old friend of ours, Val. He makes pastel's. It's kinda like a fried pie. My favorite(Micah) is a Hot Dog pastel, Matthew's favorite is Air and Chicken and Miles favorite is Air. It is always good to see your old friends. Dad said he is running for city council. He asked him if he won if we would give free pastel's for the year and Val said, "No!" But, he has a new stand. Dad told him this, "Val you got a new stand and your prices went up." Val just started laughing. We also wanted to share a picture of his sign showing that he is running for city council in Mogi Mirim. Mogi Mirim means "Little river of snakes." Dad took us to a town close to where we live the other day and we wanted to show you some of the pictures we took. The town is called Itapira. It is about 20 minutes away from Mogi Guacu. We went to a museum of natural history, played in the park, then went and got a donut at a supermarket. It was a great afternoon with Dad. Dad said the donut was good, but it wasn't Krispy Kreme!
